The Conservancy is proud to partner with the Skirball Cultural Center on Road to Freedom: Photographs of the Civil Rights Movement, 1956–1968. Road to Freedom features approximately 170 images that helped change the nation, dramatically increasing the momentum of the struggle for equal rights. Included in Road to Freedom is a section focusing on Los Angeles civil rights history.
