For nearly 35 years, Bartolazzi Plastering has been remodeling high quality homes. Our company was founded in 1920 by a very ambitious professional, my grandfather. Bartolazzi Plastering merged a wealth of experience and skill into a company that would earn a remarkable reputation as a leading contracting company. Anthony Bartolazzi (Master Plasterer), with the help of his father Albert Bartolazzi (cofounder), and grandfather (founder) combined their strengths to create an unbeatable force in this third generation plastering company and what it has become today. They promised at the time when deciding to launch Bartolazzi Plastering that they would always operate with a quality foundation of unwavering ethics and quality workmanship.

Advertising with the Los Angeles Conservancy for some 13 years now has given us the opportunity to restore some of the greatest structures designed by some of the most renowned architects of Southern California: Wallace Neff, Paul Williams, Rudolf Schindler, John Lautner, Claud Beelman, Greene & Greene, and Edward Symonds.

-Interior & Exterior: Paints, plaster mixes, textures & original stucco finishes.

-Original & Period Color Consultation: Actual "color brochures" from the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s.

Kelley Construction is a small family-owned business started in 1972, by my father Timothy Kelley. During this time he did all types of construction projects, from restoration of period homes to commercial work. He always had a special place in his heart for restoration projects and instilled it in me when I began working with him in 1995.

Since the time I started working for Kelley Construction I was always amazed at the craftsmanship of the older homes and how it seemed to have been lost in a lot of the newer homes. Craftsmen had pride in their work and this is what Kelley Construction strives for. We pride ourselves on walking the fine line of perfection and production.

Even though we specialize in restoration, we have the ability and experience to do all types of projects. Our goal is to give you a finish project that will show our pride in quality and craftsmanship.

Pershing Square
Downtown Los Angeles

Pershing Square is the oldest public park in Los Angeles. Its history extends back two hundred years when it was a vacant lot known as block number 15. In 1866, an ordinance was signed declaring the park "...a public square for the use and benefit of the citizens of the common." Over the last century the park has undergone numerous changes including the addition of underground parking in the 1950s. In the 1990s, the park was significantly remodeled by a design team led by architect Ricardo Legoretta and landscape architect Laurie Olin.
