Other Preservation Incentives

In addition to the Mills Act program, some communities offer other inentives to encourage historic preservation. Examples include waiving permit or plan-check fees for preservation projects, giving such projects priority in the plan-check process, and waiving parking and/or setback requirements. Communities in L.A. County that offer these or other incentives are listed below.
