Discover the eclectic architecture of Culver City’s Hayden Tract on this one-time-only tour!

In 1946, the Hayden Industrial Tract was a thriving manufacturing hub near the Pacific Electric Railway in Culver City.

Over the past three decades, the area slowly but steadily transformed into a collection of eclectic, innovative spaces. Since the 1980s, local architect Eric Owen Moss and others have created unique, experimental architectural spaces in the Hayden Tract, resulting in an area unlike any other in greater L.A.

On this 2-hour guided tour, members of the Eric Owen Moss Architects team will lead you through the former industrial district that has found new life as a hub for creative and technology companies.

Conservancy members are entitled to a members-only presale and discounted registration on this event. Join now to take advantage of these member benefits while supporting our mission!

For an additional $5, take a 1-hour tour of nearby Ballona Creek from 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Major funding for the Los Angeles Conservancy’s educational programs is provided by The LaFetra Foundation and by the Kenneth T. and Eileen L. Norris Foundation.
