When I was a child, my mother used to take me frequently to Douglas Park. Douglas Park was one of my favorite places to visit.

I remember catching tadpoles from the ponds and wandering carelessly through the park as one would imagine a child would do.

I still can remember the smell of those ponds and the nature that surrounded me and what great memories it stirs.
