Sana is an educator and curriculum designer whose learning methodologies incorporate social justice, place-based learning, and community partnerships. She considers L.A. her classroom and is inspired by stories found in communities. Since 2017, she has led the Conservancy’s Student Program Initiative, connecting students to historic places in L.A. She is also a former chair of the Conservancy’s DEI Taskforce. You’ll often find her wandering neighborhoods curious about places, people, and food that represent the cultural heritage of L.A.
