As a maintenance engineer at the Town House from 1970 to 1974, we survived the Sylmar earthquake on Feb. 9, 1971, watching most all of the water slosh out of the pool.

I have great memories of servicing Bing Crosby and his family, a regular, and many movie productions with many great actors/actresses -- a very exciting time and a very warm and friendly working environment when it was the Sheraton Town House -- just great memories thinking back as I now prepare to retire.
