Nuccio Scattaglia most recently served as Group Vice President, People & Culture, Warner Bros. Discovery. Based at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, Nuccio was responsible for managing the People and Culture team that supports the Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group, encompassing Warner Bros. Motion Pictures, New Line Cinema, DC Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures Animation. Supporting the worldwide organization, his responsibilities included organizational planning and development, recruitment, compensation, employee training and development, employee relations. Nuccio joined Warner Bros. in December 1998, as Director, Human Resources. Nuccio graduated from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management.
