Rasa Bauza has served as Executive Director of Project Management in Warner Bros. Global Real Estate for over 20 years and was previously at Paramount Pictures. In her role as an owner’s representative, she led a collaboration of project teams in the planning, development, and construction of building projects to meet the company’s scope, schedule, and budget expectations. Her architect’s aesthetic sensibilities are applied to a variety of project types, such as repurposing existing mid-century buildings for state-of-the-art production technology use, the first LEED sound stage, childcare center, video game studios, hybrid workplace consolidations, and other buildings on the Burbank campus and across North America. She holds an M.Arch from Yale University, a B.S.Arch from the University of Michigan, a CA Architect License, a LEED AP, and an AIA Emerita membership.
