Russell Kehl joined Structural Focus in 2001. He is a licensed California Structural Engineer with over 26 years of experience. As President, he leads a strong team providing engineering services throughout southern California, including historic preservation and adaptive reuse; ground-up design; seismic evaluation, assessment, and retrofit; structural analysis; computer modeling; additions; and renovations and tenant improvements. Clients include studio and media production facilities, cultural and educational facilities, civic/public spaces, and commercial office structures. Representative projects include The Huntington Library Rose Garden Tea Room, Wilshire Boulevard Temple, and John Anson Ford Amphitheatre. Russell also serves on Bond Oversight Committees for Wiseburn Unified School District as Chair for Measure A/AA and Member for Measure EE.
