About This Event
Join the Los Angeles Conservancy on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, as we celebrate our 2025 Preservation Awards at Founder’s Church of Religious Science in Koreatown (Historic-Cultural Monument No. 727).
Designed by celebrated architect Paul R. Williams, Founder’s Church is a Modern-style, elliptically shaped building meant to enhance feelings of inclusion, in line with the church’s philosophy.

Each year, an independent jury of experts from the fields of architecture, preservation, and community development select a distinguished group of projects that demonstrate outstanding achievement in the field of historic preservation and heritage conservation. Attendees can discover some of the region’s most significant preservation projects and network with a cross-section of L.A. community leaders from the public and private sectors at one of the most inspiring awards programs in Los Angeles.
This year, we have a special bonus for our guests: our venue generously offers free onsite or nearby parking.
