To participate in the drawing, submit your entry at any time during the duration of the contest. All entries must be received by Tuesday, March 31, at 11:59 p.m. All times are Pacific Time (PT). To participate in a contest, use any one of the following methods, but all entries must include your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, and name of the prize.

• You can become a member or renew your membership of the Los Angeles Conservancy online at www.laconservancy.org/join, by phone at (213) 623-2489 during business hours, or by mail at Los Angeles Conservancy, 523 W. Sixth St., Suite 826, Los Angeles, CA 90014. No code needed to participate.
• Provide all of the necessary information; name, address, valid email address, telephone number on a 3×5 postcard. Mail your entry to: Los Angeles Conservancy, 523 W. Sixth St., Suite 826, Los Angeles, CA 90014, or email it to news@laconservancy.org. Be sure to reference the contest you wish to enter. Mailed entries must be postmarked prior to the ending date of the contest.

The Los Angeles Conservancy is not responsible for submissions that are lost, undelivered or misdirected, or for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties, acts of god, nature or other technological glitches.

ELIGIBILITY: Limit one entry per household. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified. No mechanical reproductions of entries are allowed.  Open only to legal residents of any of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This promotion is intended for play in the United States only. Please do not enter this promotion unless you are in the United States at entry. Employees of the Conservancy or persons living in the same household as a Conservancy employee are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZE DETAILS: One participant will be awarded a ONE-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION OF DON FRANSISCO’S COFFEE.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One new member and one renewing member household will be awarded a one-year subscription of Don Fransisco’s Coffee. Every eligible entry will be included in the PROMOTION. One will be selected by random drawing. Participants will be notified by telephone or email using the contact information provided in the entry. If the Conservancy is unable to reach the winning participant, a notification is returned as undeliverable, or the winning participant is unable to acknowledge receipt of the prize within 2 days of notification, the un-awarded prize will go to the first backup and subsequent backups thereof until the prize is awarded.

DETAILS ABOUT THE PRIZE:

“Coffee for a Year” translates into two (2) bags or two (2) cans per month OR 1 coffee pod or 1 capsule per day for the whole year. To be delivered right to your home or office. The winner will be emailed a form with information on how to activate the program – all fulfillment is done from the plant. The shipments are quarterly. The value is roughly $350 ~ $500 depending on brewing method.
