
La Cañada Flintridge
La Cañada Flintridge is currently having discussions about creating a historic preservation ordinance.
The City adopted the Mills Act property tax abatement program in 2012 as a way to encourage and incentivize historic preservation.
The City’s updated General Plan (2013) contains a list contains a list of identified structures, reflecting a combination of 23 historic resources previously identified in the past General Plan combined with additional resources uncovered through resident participation.
