Nestled along a typical residential street in Inglewood are three small (less than 1,000 sq. ft.) "Little Modern" gems, designed by Rudolph M. Schindler on spec for a developer in 1939/40. At less than 1,000 sq. ft. in size, each is lovingly maintained by owners who are now used to people stopping in their tracks to take a look.

In 2010 architect Steven Ehrlich purchased one of the houses and restored it for his daughter's family, bringing new attention to this facet of Schindler's work.
