Doors open one hour before the show starts. Typically, the doors open one hour before the screening time. The program usually lasts between two and three hours.

Due largely to theatre policy, we cannot allow any ticket holders inside the theatres (the lobby or the auditorium) before the doors open. If you arrive early, you will have to stand in line outside the theatre. There are two lines: the Conservancy member line and a general public line. The Conservancy member line will enter the theatre before the general public line.

No outside food or beverages (with the exception of water) are allowed inside any of the theatres. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase on-site.

Yes, photography of the theatres is permitted before and after screenings. Please, no photos during the screenings.
