Bell Gardens established a historic preservation program in 2007 when the City adopted a historic preservation ordinance. Since that time, the City has landmarked three significant structures: the Gage Mansion, the Woodworth House, and the Perry House. The City’s General Plan also contains a list of identified sites of significance. The City does not have a dedicated historic preservation commission at this time.
