Rancho Palos Verdes
Rancho Palos Verdes does not currently have a historic preservation ordinance.
While there is no historic resource survey for the entire city, the postwar SeaView tract designed by master architect Paul R. Williams was surveyed in 2008-09 and identified as a potential historic district eligible for local listing.
We don't know of any community-specific resources for local preservation in Rancho Palos Verdes. If you do, please let us know.
